DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? 

 

Yes we do! We offer international shipping.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?


 

Domestic: Free. All domestic delivery is made with Aras Kargo and is paid by us.
 

International: Each order is charged at a flat rate of 9.5 Dollars for standard shipping.
 

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties that may apply upon delivery. For more information see below.

 

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?
 

Since our products are hand-made to order, please allow us up to 2 weeks before shipment of your purchase. If the item you have purchased is already in stock, it will be shipped in 1-3 business days after your purchase.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Domestic: 1-5 business days after your order is completed.

International Standard Shipping: After your order is completed, it takes 2-15 business days to most major cities worldwide.
 

Note: There can be occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended to during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases, a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.

 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
 

Once your order has been shipped, we are going to send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. If you did not receive an email with tracking details after 10 days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: contact.111jewellers@gmail.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?

 

We ships orders directly from Istanbul. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

DAMAGED GOODS

 

If item/s get damaged during transportation and you’ve seen them damaged when you first open the box, please let us know within 24 hours after the delivery of the item to start an exchange process. A refund is not possible for damaged goods. 

RETURN POLICY

 

We offer a 7-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered on the tracking page. 

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

 

  • All sale items purchased and items purchased using a discount code equal to or higher than 15% are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

  • Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.  We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages. 
     

  • Price adjustments on prior purchases are not available and the shipping and custom duty charges are non-refundable.

  • Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom-made items. These items include custom additions, custom made pendants, initial/letter necklaces, and bracelets, custom-made jewelry upon request. 

 

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days of your item being received by 111 Jewellers. We are not responsible for the possible charges your bank may incur.

Once your item has been received and refunded, you will be notified via email.
